Thank you for taking time out for visiting my page. I want to let you know that I make several guarantees to all my clients about how I work. The first is that I will always be on time. To me, respecting other people's time equates with respecting the person; would you agree? On the rare occasion I have an emergency, my second guarantee is that I'll give you at least one hour's notice before cancelling an appointment.

My third guarantee is to always return your calls when I say I will. If for any reason I am unable to take your call, I will give you a timeframe that your call will be returned.

A fourth guarantee is that I'll always tell the truth, even when it's not good news. I think it's critical that you have all the facts when you're making such important decisions; don't you?

My final guarantee is that I'll never pressure you into making a decision. As a consultant, my job is to give you options and information. I am much more interested in developing a long-term relationship with you than in making a sale today. Fair enough?
