The PMZ Real Estate family of companies work together to help you achieve your financial goals. Our corporate family offers a wide variety of products and services that can help you manage your finances.
PMZ Real Estate is a real estate services company that has relationships with affiliates that provide a wide range of products and services, such as mortgage loans, insurance and natural hazard disclosure reports. These companies, which share common ownership, include PMZ Insurance Services, Scenic Oaks Funding, and Valley NHD ("we", "our", "us" or "affiliates").
We will tell you the sources of information we collect about you. We will tell you what measures we take to secure that information. We will tell you what information we share about you with other entities.
We first define some terms.
- Nonpublic personal information means information about you that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records. Hereafter, we will use the term "information" to mean nonpublic personal information as defined in this section.

- We may obtain information such as your internet service provider, your domain name, your computer's operating system and web browser, your web site product and service preferences from your visits to our web sites.

We require these companies to adhere to our privacy standards and to use this information only for the limited purpose for which it was shared. In order to provide you with access to these products and services, we may share the information we collect about you, as described in the Information We Collect section, with other members of our corporate family. These companies include financial service providers that offer mortgages and other lending services, insurance providers, and providers of natural hazard disclosure reports.
In order to evaluate your needs and to introduce you to these additional services, we may share among our family of companies identification information about you, such as your name, address and telephone number, as well as information about your transactions, loan history or other experience with us.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH NON-AFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES FOR MARKETING PURPOSES
We will not disclose information about you to anyone except as disclosed in this policy or as required or permitted by applicable law.
INFORMATION ABOUT FORMER CLIENTS
We do not disclose information about former clients, except as permitted by law.
