Drawing Loan Documents

Your loan documents will be drawn and forwarded to Escrow for signature. You will be contacted by your Realtor or the Escrow Officer to arrange a time and location for signing the documents. By this time, you should have selected an insurance company and agent to provide fire or homeowners coverage on your home.
