Step 4:

Processing Your Loan

As soon as your application is completed, we will process your loan. This includes:

Ordering the appraisal
Ordering a credit report
Sending out written verification of your depository accounts
Sending out written mortgage ratings or landlord ratings, if you are currently renting
Ordering a Preliminary Title Report on the property
Other miscellaneous exhibits

We will follow up on your file to make sure that all information requested is received within a reasonable time. We will follow up with employers, banks, landlords, or others who are verifying information.
