| Processing Your Loan |

As soon as your application is completed, we will process your loan. This includes:
- Ordering the appraisal
- Ordering a credit report
- Sending out written verification of your depository accounts
- Sending out written mortgage ratings or landlord ratings, if you are currently renting
- Ordering a Preliminary Title Report on the property
- Other miscellaneous exhibits
We will follow up on your file to make sure that all information requested is received within a reasonable time. We will follow up with employers, banks, landlords, or others who are verifying information. |
